IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:

  • Engage with newly signed customers with a quick start outreach in the first 90 days

  • Set objectives, get customer dedication, track activities, and generate relevant documentation

  • Be accountable for documenting onboarding activities in tools like Salesforce

  • Collaborate with account teams to highlight risks and engage appropriate cross functional resources (i.e. professional services, partners, technical support).

  • Answer technical questions from customers regarding our technology, capabilities, solutions and applications and clearly explain our technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.

  • Identify gaps and enablement assistance to customer's technical users

  • Be able to engage partners at opportune time for strategic SOW

  • Orchestrate Snowflake’s internal programs and resources to support the customer’s onboarding journey

  • Identify recurring or systemic problems, and suggest ways we might continuously improve

  • Identify patterns in customer questions and find opportunities to automate outreach

  • Provide sentiment analysis and success planning

  • Manage a customer portfolio where you will create and implement various strategies to increase usage, adoption and growth of the platform measured via customer retention and growth.

  • Promote self-sufficiency through the creation and sharing of knowledge through multiple mediums and channels

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE :

  • Project Management skills to be able to track, manage and drive customers to agreed upon timeline with the agreed upon resources

  • Understanding and experience with data architecture, data analytics and cloud technology

  • Hands on experience with SQL required

  • Experience working with database technology (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Azure SQL, BigQuery) and scripting languages (E.G. Python)

  • Experience working with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

  • Ability to solve customer specific business problems and apply Snowflake’s solutions

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Customer facing skills to effectively communicate our vision to a wide variety of technical and executive audiences

  • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience.

  • SnowPro Core certification a plus

  • Understanding of Data Science concepts a plus
