The ideal candidate will have strong plumbing knowledge, hands-on installation experience, and a professional attitude. You will be responsible for installing high-quality bathroom systems while ensuring excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install acrylic wall panels and complete bathroom systems
- Remove existing tubs and shower pans and install new units
- Install accessories such as grab bars and fixtures
- Perform rough and finish plumbing installations
- Install shower doors with various styles and configurations
- Follow layouts and specifications to ensure quality installation
- Load and unload materials and tools at job sites
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including job site cleanup
- Conduct safety checks before and after installation
- Proven experience as a plumber or bathroom installer
- Licensed contractor or at least 5+ years of solid experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.)
- Must have own tools
- Dependable and punctual with excellent attendance
- Clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow installation layouts
- Professional attitude and work ethic
