ROLE 👩🏽‍💻👨‍💻

As an Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will own and scale Superhuman’s paid acquisition engine, driving high-quality growth across our self-serve and sales-led funnels. You'll turn performance marketing into a predictable growth lever through sharp targeting, continuous experimentation, and full-funnel optimization.

  • Own the Full-Funnel Paid Acquisition Strategy:

    Develop and execute strategy, targeting, messaging, and performance across channels including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, review sites, podcasts, influencers, affiliates, and emerging channels.

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization:

    Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns end to end—from awareness to conversion—partnering with design, product, web, agency partners, and contractors.

  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth:

    Build and refine programs that generate high-intent, sales-ready leads aligned with our ICP, optimizing top-of-funnel targeting, messaging, and landing pages to accelerate pipeline.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

    Lead continuous testing and experimentation on creative, copy, audiences, CTAs, and sign-up flows to improve CAC, LTV, and overall funnel performance.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:

    Own tracking and reporting across channels and funnel stages, delivering clear, actionable insights to marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to improve decisions and uncover new growth levers.

  • Experience: You likely have 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing roles. Your background includes hands-on work managing multi-channel paid campaigns, optimizing funnels, and driving measurable user or pipeline growth.

  • Performance Marketing Expertise:You’ve successfully managed six—or seven—figure budgets across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. You know how to optimize CAC, scale winning campaigns, and drive measurable growth.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: You use data to spot opportunities, prioritize tests, and clearly communicate what’s working (and what’s not). You can model CAC, LTV, and funnel performance.

  • End-to-End Ownership: You operate with speed, focus, and a bias for action. You don’t wait for direction — you take responsibility for performance and see projects through.

  • Vendor & Partner Management: You’ve led successful relationships with agencies, contractors, and ad platforms — setting clear goals, driving accountability, and maximizing output.

  • Prosumer Growth Fluency: You understand how to attract individual power users and convert them into team-level accounts — blending B2C tactics with B2B growth strategy.

  • Entrepreneurial: You like to spin up new initiatives and new approaches to solve problems. You work very hard, no matter how successful you have been.

  • Growth Mindset: You embrace opportunities, welcome feedback, and believe you and others can always grow.

  • Bias to Action: You value speed. You take thoughtful and prompt steps forward, even in the face of uncertainty, recognizing action is the catalyst for progress and growth.

SALARY INFO 💸

Our starting salaries for this role range from $96,000 - $145,000 USD. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and company stock options.

You might notice our salary ranges are quite broad - that's because we are hiring for this role across the United States and Canada. We tailor our compensation to each location to make sure we're competitive in every market.

We take a location-based pay approach and compensation for this role is dependent on several factors such as location, work experience, job-related skills, business needs, and market demands.
