Location: Candidates must be based near a major airport and within a key customer regions; Western Canada,U.S. West Coast (Seattle, Portland, California).

Remote position with a minimum of 50% travel.

Feltkütur is seeking an experienced and motivated Acoustic Products Sales Representative to develop and expand our presence in Western Canada and the U.S. West Coast (Seattle, Portland, and California). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the acoustic products industry or architectural solutions, with a proven ability to establish and grow a network of distributors.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in business development, enjoys building relationships with industry partners, and is driven to exceed targets in a growing market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand Feltkütur’s market presence in the assigned territories.
• Establish a strong distribution network, particularly within the office furniture and ceiling specialist sectors.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers, including architects, designers, contractors, and distributors.
• Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to potential clients to support sales efforts.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for partners and end-users.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with distributors and clients to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions through CRM software.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven sales experience in acoustic products or architectural solutions.
• Strong industry connections within office furniture dealers and ceiling specialists is a major asset.
• Excellent business development skills, with the ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with company goals and reporting requirements.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territories.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
