Responsibilities
  • Contacts residential/commercial customers by phone to resolve any AR issues.
  • Explains options and works with customers to resolve past due amounts.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of commercial collection experience.
  • 1+ years of 1st party collection experience preferred.
  • Basic Excel spreadsheet skills required.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify issues and act independently to resolve them.
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
