The Accounts Payable at AKQA works in the Administration and Management Control team, providing support to a wide range of operational tasks. You will be exposed to an international framework, supporting our European offices, and the working mechanisms of a structured, multinational Group.

This is a Fixed Term Contract position for Maternity Cover for approximately for 9-12 months. 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Accounts Payable: Booking and processing supplier invoices
  • Bank Reconciliation: Recording and reconciling daily bank movements
  • General Ledger Bookkeeping: Recording general ledger and journal entries
  • Expense Management: Reviewing, verifying, and processing employee expense reports
  • Master Data Management: Setting up and maintaining new vendor and client accounts in the ERP system
  • Credit Card Management: Tracking, reconciling, and recording credit card transactions
  • Support on monthly reporting for the Financial Controller
  • Support on compliance review and documentation

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Accuracy, integrity and the ability to work within specific deadlines are your keys to succeed in this role
  • You have a good understanding of accounting principles
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel
  • You are willing to learn new tools (such as SAP, Matisse, documentation workflow)
  • You are able to interact effectively at a professional level in both Italian and English
  • Driven by enthusiasm and willingness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment, you demonstrate proactiveness and accountability in every task you are assigned
  • You have a positive, collaborative spirit and a hands-on attitude

The Gross Annual Pay range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This reflects part of our broader group's compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role our offer will be determined based on our internal benchmark, reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.

The employment contract will be governed by CCNL Aziende del Terziario distribuzione e Servizi.

Salary range
€25.000€42.000 EUR
