Job Description:
The Accounting – Revenue Specialist is responsible for processing and maintaining accounting data related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer billing. This role supports accurate financial recordkeeping, invoice processing, and reporting in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Record financial transactions and assist with balancing and reconciling accounts
Process, record, and submit invoices for payment
Generate accurate customer invoices per contractual terms, as assigned
Update and maintain records of financial transactions and customer account status
Resolve outstanding payments through communication with internal departments, vendors, and customers
Assist accountants with bookkeeping, clerical responsibilities, and account maintenance
Generate financial reports in accordance with company guidelines
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum of six (6) months of relevant accounting or finance experience
Technical education or job knowledge equivalent to a two‑year college degree or trade school
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or billing functions
Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP platforms
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
