Ken Garff Ford - Greeley Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a talented Office (Accounting) Manager that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, intelligence, greatness, honesty and teamwork.

This position has a great Monday - Friday schedule, 8am-5pm; subject to changes with business need during end of month closing deadlines.

The Office Manager will report directly to the dealership Controller.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Recruit, train, and manage dealership office staff
  • Complete daily bank reconciliation & cash report
  • Review and sign company checks
  • Perform weekly schedule reviews and work with office staff to maintain them.
  • Collect NSF funds; turn over applicable items to legal counsel for collection
  • Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records
  • Review documentation which relates to the handling and processing of documents.
  • Review payroll before it is processed
  • Prepare and process monthly sales tax deposits
  • Prepare and process monthly VIT tax payments
  • Perform month-end close procedures
  • Assist in completion of annual/review/audit
  • Liaison with customers and outside vendors
  • Lend support to all department managers

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Experience working in a franchise dealership business office ideal
  • 2 or more years of experience in a supervisor or office manager role
  • Advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles required
  • Experience with DMS systems such as ADP/Reynolds/Ignite a must
  • High School diploma, college degree is preferred
  • Must be able to provide references upon request
