We give staffing firms the freedom to focus on their clients and candidates by providing a fantastic suite of back-office services - contractor onboarding, timesheets, payroll, invoicing, funding, and employer of record - all through a beautiful, white-label, all-in-one platform.

We seek a highly capable Accounting Manager to help support our continued growth. The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and working with our external accounting partners. We deal with thousands of employees, millions of dollars of invoices a month, and thousands of financial transactions a month, so your skills as an accountant are critical.

Responsibilities

  • Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs

  • Prepare tax documents

  • Compile and analyze financial statements

  • Manage AR/AP

  • Manage Payroll

  • Manage budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP

  • Strong Experience with QBO, Netsuite, or similar
