The Accounting Intern will support accounting operations, assist with reconciliations, prepare reports, maintain records, and participate in audits and special projects.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our Accounting Team at Tripalink. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical, hands-on experience in accounting and finance within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger entries.
- Help prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
- Process invoices, expenses, and assist with vendor management.
- Support the accounting team in audits and compliance requirements.
- Participate in special projects to improve efficiency and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles (GAAP preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
