Currently, we're seeking a Commissions Analyst to join our Accounting/Finance Team in Los Angeles. This position will be responsible for performing monthly sales commission reconciliations with efficiency, manage brand account reconciliations and analysis. Maintain clear communication with brand representatives, generate ad-hoc reports and analyses to support business decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy. Advanced Excel experience is a must. Candidate should be familiar with VLOOKUP’s, INDEX, MATCH and PIVOT TABLES.

 

Requirements

At least 2 years of professional experience in a related field

Proven ability to investigate and resolve accounting/commission discrepancies with strong problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated versatility, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic and evolving work environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and precision in work outputs.

Advanced proficiency in Excel


Skills & Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail

Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment

Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workloads efficiently

Skilled in performing thorough data quality checks to maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability

Demonstrated ability to drive innovation by identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities

Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounting software is a plus

Familiarity with the retail or fashion industry is an advantage

Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred


Salary range: $28-30/hr commensurate with experience
