An accountant manages financial records, ensures compliance with regulations, and supports the organization in maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities
• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist in tax preparation and filing.
• Monitor financial transactions and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Support audits and collaborate with external auditors as needed.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of integrity.
