What You’ll Do:

The Account Supervisor is a hybrid account and operations leader who brings structure, momentum, and clarity to complex client engagements. This role owns the day-to-day management of accounts while serving as a key operational partner to Account Directors and Senior Account Directors, ensuring work moves efficiently from brief to delivery.

Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, creatively driven environments and bring deep experience executing always-on organic social content at scale. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and a confident project manager with strong client-facing instincts. You understand how to balance timelines, scopes, and resources while maintaining strong relationships and high standards for the work.

This role requires a strong understanding of the advertising and social media landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and priorities at once. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, anticipating needs before they arise, and keeping teams aligned, informed, and moving forward—while ensuring consistent, high-quality social content is delivered day in and day out.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management (70%):
    • Manage day-to-day account activities, ensuring projects are on track and within budget.
    • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
    • Build and manage project timelines and budgets.
    • Lead coordination of internal and external reviews.
    • Oversee the development of creative briefs and other project deliverables.
    • Ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule.
  • Relationship Management (30%):
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients on project-related issues.
    • Participate in client presentations and meetings.
    • Actively listen for opportunities to expand current client engagements or identify potential new business leads. Share these opportunities with your supervisor and contribute to developing strategies to pursue them.
    • Foster strong internal relationships with account lead and cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Production, PM) to ensure seamless collaboration, effective problem-solving, and efficient project execution. This includes proactive communication and information sharing to maintain transparency and alignment across departments on project status, key updates, and potential challenges. 
    • Maintain open lines of communication and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Candidate Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management at an advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of success in managing projects and client relationships.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.

Compensation & Job details:

This is a hybrid position working in office Tuesday-Thursday in Los Angeles, CA. The expected salary range for this position is $100,000-120,000.
