Collier.Simon is an independent, full-service creative agency in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area. We work with our client partners to develop creative solutions that truly move the needle. Clients range from Fortune 500-type household names to up-and-comers across a variety of industries / verticals. We’re in the midst of a tech-powered transformation, using AI to supercharge creativity, not replace it, and we’re looking for curious minds excited to explore AI as a tool to scale, spark, and speed up creativity.

We’re looking for an Account Supervisor — a client lead with 5–7 years of experience managing multi-channel campaigns who can balance sharp organizational skills with strategic thinking. This role is part account management, part creative, and part strategy, and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

You’ll need to be as comfortable building timelines as you are crafting deck narratives, pulling insights as you are pitching campaign ideas, and managing budgets as you are shaping go-to-market plans. While not required, we value curiosity about how AI tools can help work flow more efficiently, spark fresh ideas, and enhance creative and strategic output across account, creative, and strategy needs.

What You Bring

  • 5-7 years of experience in an agency environment (creative, digital, or integrated preferred)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, keeping projects organized, on track, and on budget

  • Strong client service skills — clear communicator, confident presenter, trusted partner

  • Strategic instincts with the ability to translate insights into creative briefs, campaign recommendations, and GTM plans

  • Experience building compelling decks and narratives that connect creative ideas to client objectives

  • AI fluency and comfort using tools to improve research, workflows, presentation prep, and content development

  • Ability to collaborate across creative, strategy, production, and media teams

  • Comfortable working remotely

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for key client relationships, ensuring clarity, confidence, and consistency

  • Manage campaign workflows from kickoff through launch — scoping projects, developing timelines, and ensuring smooth delivery

  • Lead the creation of strategic and creative briefs, pulling from client input, performance data, and market insights

  • Collaborate with creative teams on campaign ideation, messaging, and presentation development

  • Work with media teams to align creative deliverables with placement strategies and GTM plans

  • Present concepts and campaigns to clients, articulating the “why” behind decisions and recommendations

  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and feedback loops to keep projects moving efficiently

  • Apply AI tools to speed up research, content drafting, reporting, and creative concepting

  • Identify opportunities for account growth through proactive ideas and service
Bonus Points If You…
  • Have Tier 3 automotive experience

  • Have managed multi-market or store-level rollouts with high-volume creative needs

  • Have worked in agile, performance-driven campaign cycles

  • Are fluent in project management platforms like Asana, Notion, Trello, or Airtable

  • Can translate platform updates or industry shifts into actionable client recommendations

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
