We’re looking for an Account Supervisor who shares that belief and is ready to lead the charge in bringing strategically grounded, creatively ambitious work to life. You will be at the center of it all leading internal teams and building strong client partnerships, from project initiation to campaign launch. This role calls for a self-starter who thrives on solving complex problems, inspires creative thinking, and takes ownership of delivering impactful work that drives both brand love and business growth as the day-to-day lead, you’ll guide the process with a clear point of view, balancing strategic insight with creative ambition. You’ll champion BSSP’s outside-in philosophy to ensure everything we do is rooted in human insight and designed to make a meaningful difference.

Brand Stewardship
Lead development of creative briefs in collaboration with strategy, inspiring creative and media teams with a clear vision.
Provide ongoing strategic direction and energy to keep creative teams focused, inspired, and aligned.
Partner with creative teams to present and sell bold, strategically grounded ideas.
Monitor competitive activity and industry trends in partnership with strategy, bringing fresh thinking and proactive recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Review all creative work to ensure it’s on brief, on brand, and ready to impress.Develop and confidently voice your POV—on strategy, the work, and client feedback—internally and with clients.

 
Client Relationship Management
Be the trusted, go-to day-to-day lead for your clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across teams.
Establish success metrics and ensure clarity on expectations before campaigns launch.
Identify opportunities to grow and evolve the client relationship and account.
Lead client meetings and presentations, securing buy-in on creative concepts and campaign plans.
Manage weekly client status meetings and ensure follow-ups are clear, concise, and actionable.
Keep projects on time and on budget, with a sharp eye on priorities. 

Internal Relationship Management

Lead and inspire internal agency teams, providing clear direction and solutions—not just delivering feedback.
Proactively identify and resolve issues, presenting thoughtful solutions to the Account Director when needed.
Play an integral role in managing high-profile projects and ensuring seamless execution.
Collaborate with the Account Director and client to manage quarterly and annual budgets, scopes of work, and fee proposals. 

Key Relationships
Strategist: Partners with the strategist to ensure the strategic course for the brand is set and monitored for success.
Creative: Partner closely to develop work that’s as effective as it is inspiring.
Media: Collaborate on integrated media strategies that bring ideas to life in impactful ways.
Finance: Partners with finance to foster a healthy financial relationship for both client and agency; ensure profitability.
Marketing Science: Partners with marketing science team to ensure measurement plan is in place and followed through.  

Requirements

  • A proven self-starter with a passion for creativity and innovation.
  • 5+ years of experience managing accounts within an advertising agency or similiar.
  • Strong knowledge of the creative development and production process; able to educate and guide clients along the way. 
  • Strong experience in social-focused campaign work.
  • Excellent at setting clear expectations and ensuring follow-through.
  • Sharp strategic thinker who can evaluate creative work and provide actionable, inspiring feedback.
  • Confident presenter, relationship-builder, and team leader.
