DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.
We are looking for an Account Supervisor, Influencer Partnerships - Gaming to join our expanding Partnerships team. The Partnerships team is responsible for creating and managing innovative and strategic influencer and earned partner campaigns from start to finish for our entertainment, gaming, and consumer brand clients. The Account Supervisor, Influencer Partnerships - Gaming will oversee a team of Managers and Sr. Managers and will lead that team to plan and implement out-of-the-box, multicultural influencer activations.
The Account Supervisor, Influencer Partnerships - Gaming will have extensive knowledge in the ever-evolving creator landscape, including best practices across established and emerging social platforms, as well as existing relationships with creators, agencies, and managers.
Your Impact
- Lead a team of managers and senior managers working on various influencer and earned campaigns
- Provide quality assurance on all phases of the campaign, from influencer/partner selection to content creation to comprehensive wrap report that includes insights and analysis
- Build meaningful relationships with day-to-day clients, partnering with them to understand and identify their business issues, strategies, initiatives, priorities, and expectations
- Support agency strategists and Influencer Directors as needed on RFPs, pitches, and concept ideation.
- Bring a strong expertise of the Creator Economy and its expanding opportunities.
- Inform your campaigns with latest best practices for social to drive impact and innovation
Your Experience
- 4+ years of experience working on influencer/creator campaigns within the entertainment and gaming industry
- A robust knowledge of the Video Game industry, gaming creator landscape/community, and streaming platforms
- Knowledge of influencer pricing tiers with experience in contracting and negotiating rates and deliverables.
- Earned partnerships experience is a plus (press, fandom, etc.).
- Experience managing a team
- Demonstrated expertise leveraging existing and emerging social media platforms to deliver successful influencer campaigns with measurable results
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
- Proven leader that knows how to inspire a team and problem solve when necessary
- Reliable, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a very fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

- M-F; 9am-6pm PST, CST, or EST
- Occasional weekends and holidays
