- Role Summary: The Account Specialist serves as the primary creative project manager to the Sales/Branding Consultant, helping transform client objectives and visions into exceptional branded merchandise solutions. This role collaborates closely with creative teams, vendors, and internal departments to blend creative ideation with flawless execution—supporting the Sales/Branding Consultant through brainstorming, product discovery, presentation development, vendor management, and end-to-end project coordination. Success in this role requires curiosity, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think proactively, anticipate needs, and keep complex projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is both highly creative and exceptionally organized, bringing fresh ideas, thoughtful recommendations, and innovative product solutions while managing multiple projects through every stage of development.
- Location: In-office at our Manhattan Beach, CA location - 1201 Morningside Drive, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
- Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience level

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Creative Partnership
- Partner closely with Branding Consultants to develop creative merchandise concepts and branded experiences that support client objectives.
- Brainstorm premium product ideas, campaign concepts, and innovative branding solutions that elevate client programs.
- Research trends across retail, fashion, hospitality, luxury, gifting, and experiential marketing to inspire fresh ideas.
- Source unique products, materials, manufacturing techniques, and packaging solutions that differentiate client programs.
- Develop mood boards, inspiration decks, and polished client presentations that communicate creative concepts and recommendations.
- Recommend product materials, finishes, packaging, and storytelling opportunities that strengthen brand impact.
- Source and manage relationships with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers.
- Obtain pricing, timelines, samples, and production capabilities while identifying the best solutions for each project.
- Evaluate samples, coordinate revisions, and ensure product quality aligns with client expectations.
- Manage product specifications, artwork approvals, production files, and material selections.
- Ensure all products meet brand standards, quality expectations, and production requirements.
- Lead multiple complex projects from ideation through production and final delivery.
- Develop project timelines, monitor milestones, and proactively manage deadlines across numerous client programs.
- Coordinate with design, suppliers, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot production issues, and identify solutions before they impact project timelines.
- Communicate project updates, approvals, risks, and next steps with Branding Consultants and internal teams.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and team collaboration.
- Serve as a trusted extension of the Branding Consultant by supporting client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions when needed.
- Capture creative direction, meeting notes, and project requirements to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct competitive product research and develop recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Prepare presentation materials, proposals, and follow-up communications that enhance the client experience.
- Build strong working relationships with Branding Consultants, clients, vendors, and internal partners through responsive communication and exceptional service.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional work experience in project management and creative work environments.
- A proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, think critically, manage / pivot between multiple priorities, and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to keep projects moving through proactive updates, cross-functional collaboration, and timely communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Superior client relation skills, including adaptability and sensitivity to client demands.
- A high level of detail orientation and organization, with the ability balance creativity with both.
- The ability to take initiative on incoming requests and problem solve under pressure
- Demonstrates curious, proactive and resourceful mindset when working on projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI.
