Account Representative  

As an Account Representative at Evisions, you will play a key role in prospecting, building client relationships, and supporting sales efforts to drive business growth. You will assist with sales initiatives, manage account activities, and collaborate with internal teams to support the overall success of the partnerships team. 

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospects through phone outreach, trade shows, web requests, and networking. 
  • Assist with prospecting within existing clients to drive new business opportunities. 
  • Use designated Evisions sales tools to track and maintain all sales activities. 
  • Actively assist with sales campaigns by sending initial emails and making follow-up calls. 
  • Support tradeshow follow-up efforts and maintain documentation within Salesforce. 
  • Provide clear and concise product demonstrations to clients via Zoom, Teams, or in person. 
  • Create and send approved pricing proposals based on client needs and interests. 
  • Ability to work with Evisions contracts, policies, and procedures, with a strong business acumen to explain to prospective clients 
  • Assist with organizing and completing RFI/RFP documents and identifying relevant opportunities. 
  • Help maintain
    accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts in CRM.
     
  • Coordinate efforts and account status updates with Account Executives and Team Lead when appropriate. 
  • Work with Professional Services to provide service quotes when needed.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience). 
  • A minimum of three years of business-to-business sales experience. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. 
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and interact with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tracking tools. 
  • Solid work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Ability to have in-depth conversations regarding Evisions products and services. 

Additional details 

  • This position will report to the Manager, Sales, who reports directly to our CRO.  
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of the time. 
  • Requires up to 30% travel, including trade shows, client meetings, and industry events (must have a valid U.S. Passport). 
  • Responsibilities and priorities may evolve over time based on business needs. Flexibility and adaptability are key to success in this role  
  • This is a security sensitive position and requires a background check and will need to adhere to the Evisions Information Security Management System.
