Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and professional Account Representative to join our growing team in Los Angeles.

In this role, you will support client accounts, maintain strong business relationships, assist with account-related inquiries, and help ensure that each client receives consistent, high-quality service. The ideal candidate is organized, confident in communication, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a professional point of contact for assigned clients and accounts.

  • Maintain accurate account information, documentation, and records.
