Customer-facing account manager responsible for meeting revenue targets, developing account strategies, qualifying and closing opportunities, forecasting, negotiating SOWs/agreements, coordinating internal resources, maintaining customer service, and keeping opportunity data current in Salesforce.
Summary:
Atomica is seeking a motivated Account Manager with a technical background to join our team. This is a customer facing role that requires a confident, strong communicator and negotiator with a passion for technology. The ideal candidate has 2+ years technical sales experience. Semiconductor sales experience, wafer foundry or ASIC sales, and/or a MEMS background is a definite plus. You must enjoy working with cross-functional teams in a very dynamic environment and are comfortable working with data systems.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Develop and articulate winning strategies for target accounts
- Understand and prioritize account opportunities to drive maximum ROI
- Close deals: successfully transform qualified opportunities to design-ins and revenue
- Ability to accurately forecast
- Assist in negotiating SOWs and legal agreements with new and existing customers
- Mobilize and coordinate internal resources to efficiently support sales activities
- Maintain best in class customer service
- Provide up to date information about qualified opportunities in Salesforce
Requirements:
- BS Degree required in technical field (math, science, engineering)
- 2+ years high-tech (semiconductor experience preferred) as an account manager
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in sales databases
- Knowledge about MEMS, ASICs, or semiconductor manufacturing is a plus
- US person as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (NOTE: The term "US person" refers to a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident (green card holder), or a person granted refugee or asylum status in the United States.)

Compensation:
$87,000 - $125,000 + commission (uncapped)
