  • Client Relationship Management: Collaborate, build, and maintain long-lasting relationships with your client, acting as a point of contact for clients, your Account Director, and your VP. 

  • Client orders: Oversee and detail all client order requests and PO’s and communicate effectively to Service Delivery. Ensure full understanding of client order before placing internal order with Service Delivery. Act as the initial point of escalation and collaborate with the client and Service Delivery teams on any operational issues to ensure the clients' interests are represented and met. Escalate issues as appropriate to your director. 

  • Project Coordination: (Iyuno) Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Sales Enablement, Pricing and Forecasting, Marketing, Contract Management, Service Delivery, Operations) to ensure timely and successful delivery of quotes and orders to clients. Update any client systems to ensure correct data capture and progress. Proactively identify potential problems and mitigate issues with thoughtful involvement. 

  • Account Growth Work with your director to develop opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand the size and scale of projects Iyuno are given in alignment with the client’s goals and needs. Use initiative to research upcoming trends, discuss potential areas of expansion, and provide analysis of sales probabilities. 

  • Client Satisfaction: Monitor and assess client satisfaction through KPI’s of successful project delivery, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure high levels of client retention. 

  • Internal Account Management Support: Assist the business development team by setting up meetings and agendas, compiling meeting notes, and sharing out executive summaries with action items and ensuring follow-through for noted items. 

  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and performance reports to both clients and Account management teams, detailing progress, potential issues, and solutions. Aid in creating compelling presentation decks with well sourced data to share the story of an account’s performance over time. 

  • Contract Renewals: Contribute to contract renewals and negotiation processes, ensuring favourable outcomes for both the company and the client. Provide financial analysis to aid internal decision-making by organizing relevant price points, past quotes, and historical pricing. 

  • Pricing management: Oversee quote creation and revision. Obtain quote approvals and oversee quote delivery. Manage margins to ensure profitability of orders. Monitor forecast revenue. Manage unpaid, unbilled or missing PO’s. 

  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Manage account budgets and updates to regular cadence forecasting, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations. Investigate and resolve any billing or PO issues. 

  • Organize Client Events: Foster client relationships by planning and executing events for clients including lunches, dinners, and special events. 

Salary Range: $72,000-$85,000
