Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with 5–7 years of experience in selling OSS/BSS solutions to telecom clients. The role involves managing key telecom accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships while positioning complex telecom software and digital transformation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic telecom accounts, ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction
  • Drive end-to-end sales of OSS/BSS solutions including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and deal closure
  • Develop deep understanding of client business needs, telecom operations, and digital transformation priorities
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to create compelling proposals
  • Lead RFP/RFI responses and commercial negotiations
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the telecom domain
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets

Skills and experience 

  • 5–7 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong focus on telecom clients
  • Proven track record in selling OSS/BSS solutions (e.g., billing, CRM, order management, network management)
  • Strong understanding of telecom industry trends such as 5G, digital transformation, and cloud adoption
  • Experience managing large, complex deals and long sales cycles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
