You will act as a strategic advisor—leveraging your understanding of customer operations, industry challenges, and Radar’s capabilities—to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Our team is hands‑on, collaborative, and recognized by customers for doing business differently.

Responsibilities

  • Own the post‑sales relationship for multiple strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted partner.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value, track KPIs, and surface opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Ensure account health by monitoring usage trends, proactively addressing issues, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Drive product adoption and deepen customer engagement by educating teams on new features, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities, including upsell and cross‑sell, by understanding customer goals and aligning Radar solutions with their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales—to resolve escalations and deliver product improvements informed by customer insights.
  • Develop strategic account plans outlining retention strategies, growth pathways, timelines, and risk mitigation measures.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to guide customers in optimizing asset performance and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, deeply understanding customer operations and advising on how BlackBerry Radar can deliver greater visibility, efficiency, and value.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B experience in account management, customer success, or solution‑oriented sales, ideally within transportation, intermodal, fleet, logistics, or freight technologies.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data to drive decisions and uncover performance insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline—or equivalent experience.
  • A relationship‑minded professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, is comfortable with travel, and enjoys solving real‑world customer challenges.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
