The Account Manager will manage customer accounts, ensure satisfaction, coordinate production, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities in aerospace and defense industries.

As we continue to grow, we are adding an Account Manager who will play a critical role as a bridge between customers and internal teams (engineering, production, quality) to help drive on-time delivery, satisfaction, and retention. This role is responsible for fostering and maintaining long-term customer relationships by making the production order process as seamless as possible, which includes building strong working relationships cross-functionally. You will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries, orders, and post-sales support, partnering closely with sales, engineering and operations to deliver an exceptional, proactive customer experience.
What You'll Do:
- Support multiple customer accounts in the aerospace and defense industries.
- Serve as the primary customer liaison for assigned accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Manage customer inquiries ensuring fast response to RFQs, order status and fulfillment from initial quote through delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to define customer requirements, timelines, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate production schedules and communicate order status, lead times, and changes to customers.
- Identify opportunities for account growth.
- Resolve customer issues related to quality, delivery, or technical concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support new product introductions and custom composite solutions for customers.
- Stay informed on customer markets, applications, and industry trends related to composites.
- Other duties as required with shifting needs.
Required:

- 3+ years in in a fast-paced client-facing role (Account Management, Sales, Customer Success).
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace or defense industries.
- Comfortable managing and balancing multiple priorities.
- Ability to research and keep informed on industry trends as it applies to the client/client industry.
