Position Summary
As an Account Manager at Ease.io, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of enterprise manufacturing customers by driving adoption, retention, and expansion. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders by helping customers maximize value from EASE, identify improvement opportunities, and achieve measurable outcomes across quality and safety initiatives.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to strengthen long-term relationships, uncover new use cases, and execute strategic account plans that support renewals and growth. Position Location: Hybrid (Irvine, CA)
Salary: $200k+ OTE
What You'll Do:
  • Identify and engage with prospective enterprise-level manufacturing clients while also maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads and develop strategic account plans for current customers to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Cultivate and nurture meaningful relationships not only with new prospects but also with key decision-makers within existing accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to drive continuous value.
  • Deliver captivating product demonstrations and compelling presentations that showcase the value and benefits of our manufacturing software, leaving a lasting impression on both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with our passionate sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns, leveraging your industry knowledge and insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals, with a relentless focus on customer success and identify expansion opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • A proven track record of success in sales, particularly in enterprise-level accounts, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in both new business development and account management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effortlessly build rapport with clients and effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • A tenacious and results-driven mindset, with an unwavering determination to achieve and exceed sales goals, including retention and growth targets for existing accounts.
  • The ability to identify customer pain points and propose innovative solutions, showcasing a consultative sales approach that adds value at every stage of the customer lifestyle.
  • Strong business acumen and a keen eye for identifying market trends and opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
  • Resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
