The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager with experience in the SaaS and Tech verticals. Your job will be to help maintain client relationships as well as coordinate integrated marketing campaigns alongside internal subject matter experts in a variety of disciplines.


RequirementsAccount Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop great client relationships and build allies through exceptional client services.
  • Responsible for knowing everything that is going on with the client and managing the agency services as well as the client relationship.
  • Day-to-day contact with the client’s team and directs the process of serving the client, constantly interacting with both the client and the agency team.  
  • Make sure everyone knows how success is going to be measured, what specific actions and processes are needed, who is responsible, and that it’s all according to proper deadlines and checkpoints.
  • Coordinate and organize internal process documents, ongoing Asana projects, and portfolios, and keep track of hours to make sure things are staying on track.
  • Understand the client's goals, KPIs, and overall higher-level needs from a success standpoint while thinking about the future state and providing upscale opportunities where they are possible.  
  • Final say in the relationship - making sure all proposals sent out make sense for the client's goals and speaking on behalf of the agency leading the client to their goals

Your Team

You will be working across all of our teams in SEO, Paid Media, Marketing Automation, Web Development, Creative, Digital Experience, Chat, and Sales. 

You:
  • You have the soft skills to present something to a client as well as the organizational skills needed to assign the next actions to the team and follow-up
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Independent worker, but know when to get feedback or thoughts when running into issues. You aren’t afraid of constructive criticism
  • Can coalesce “a lot going on” into a coherent narrative based on data for a client 
  • Have a team member mindset - You will be servicing two key groups at the same time. Keeping internal team members up to speed on activities that need to happen as well as keeping the client engaged, happy, and thinking about the value we add to their organization  
  • Able to work remotely – we communicate and work via Gmail, Asana, and Slack
Your experience:
  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience 
  • General knowledge of various digital marketing disciplines (SEO, Paid Media, Marketing Automation, etc.)
  • Specific marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, etc. is a plus but not required)
  • Track record of selling and maintaining large engagements
  • Ability to self-educate based on the latest industry trends, news, and thought leadership
  • Someone who can match the soft skills of sales with the organization of project management 
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate (this is a remote position)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000/year (depending on experience)
