Vibe is building the Google Ads of Streaming, making TV advertising accessible to Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) across the U.S.

Our mission is to become the infrastructural backbone of the streaming advertising industry by creating a more efficient & transparent marketplace than the current standard.

Founded in 2022 by two repeat entrepreneurs and adtech veterans, Arthur Querou (ex-YCombinator) & Franck Tetzlaff (Doctolib Founder - $6B valuation e-health scaleup), Vibe has already achieved:

  • 5,000+ clients onboarded

  • $47M revenue in 2024

  • 1B+ ad impressions on TV

In 2025, we’re targeting $100M revenue. Our ultimate goal is to help 1,000,000 businesses advertise on TV.
Your mission:

As an Account Manager, your mission is to ensure the success of our enterprise clients through effective campaign management, optimization, and strategic account growth. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our clients’ campaigns by analyzing performance data, optimizing for KPIs, and developing tailored strategies. Beyond maintaining performance, you will be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities to grow accounts—expanding budgets, increasing usage, and driving revenue in alignment with our broader business targets. Your role will involve managing large accounts, diving deep into data, and taking ownership of performance outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic campaigns for our enterprise clients.

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and recommend strategies to maximize ROI for your clients.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, explaining campaign performance, suggesting next steps, and identifying opportunities to scale budgets or upsell services.

  • Proactively identify and act on growth opportunities within your portfolio, including expanding campaign scope, increasing spend, and upselling new products or solutions to help drive overall account and company growth.

  • Conduct regular client calls to review performance metrics, discuss optimization strategies, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues related to the platform or campaign performance, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.

  • Take over account responsibilities from the sales team post-sale, leading onboarding calls, setting up campaign strategies, and ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.

  • Partner with sales to foster long-term relationships, contributing to both client retention and growth by meeting monthly revenue and retention goals.

  • Be a key product expert and trusted resource for clients and internal teams, taking the initiative to investigate and solve complex issues related to campaign performance and platform bugs.

We’d love to work with you if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on programmatic advertising and app clients.

  • You have hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns, ideally in CTV environments.

  • You are analytical and data-driven, able to deep dive into campaign results and provide insights for optimization and strategy.

  • You have excellent communication skills and can confidently explain campaign performance, make recommendations, and upsell to clients.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to work independently, managing your portfolio with minimal supervision.

  • Problem-solving is second nature to you—you’re technically savvy, love investigating platform bugs, and can identify solutions to complex issues.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
