The Opportunity...
In this role, you will play a key part in the management and maintenance of an individual book of business with an emphasis on increasing revenue, building relationships, and leveraging data to identify growth opportunities. This role is on the retail team in our insurance division. If you are excited to work with a great group of people and want to work for a fast-growing industry leader, join us!
How You'll Contribute...
- Manage an individual book of business consisting of our top strategic accounts, with an emphasis on building long-term relationships and account growth
- Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling and new business within the existing customer base
- Ensure timely delivery and communication according to the customer's needs and objectives
- Ensure customer retention and prevention of churn across the customer base
- Track various KPIs and performance metrics
- Become a go-to expert on our product offerings, platform, and processes
What We're Looking For...
- 4+ years of experience in an account management role
- P&C insurance industry experience
- Experience managing a team
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel
- A critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of your work
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

- Health and/or medicare insurance industry experience
- Sales experience
- Data analysis experience
