Description

Physical AI for Mission Critical Operations.

Percepto is the Physical AI platform for continuous infrastructure visibility. Our mission is to give asset operators one certainty: nothing changes without them knowing first.

We orchestrate autonomous and remote data capture across drones, sensors and other systems into one continuously verified, always-current picture of every asset an operator is accountable for. Periodic inspections force operators to assume everything is fine; continuous visibility replaces assumption with certainty.

Our solutions:

•      Axion – the Physical AI platform: a continuously verified model of every asset, the AI and the workflow.

•      AIM – the autonomous mission control for every Percepto and third party drone and docking station.

•      Ranger – the autonomous capture layer that keeps AIM's picture current without sending people into the field.

•      Harbor – the autonomous station that lets Ranger fly continuously with no one on site.

Percepto holds a nationwide FAA Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) waiver, supports EPA-aligned methane inspection workflows, and is trusted by Fortune 500 energy operators across oil and gas, electric utilities, solar and heavy industry.

Percepto is consolidating its engineering, manufacturing, assembly and remote operations center in the United States: built for American infrastructure, and increasingly built here. This role sits at the center of how we tell that story to the US market.

The role

Summary. Owns the day-to-day relationship, retention and QBR/EBR cadence for a book of smaller customer accounts, and supports the account's AE on expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Keep every account in the book flat or growing in ARR through the year
  • Schedule and complete a QBR each quarter and an EBR twice a year for every account
  • Be the customer's first point of contact; coordinate Support & Ops to meet SLAs
  • Spot expansion signals (new sites, use cases, drones, AIM) and bring in the account's AE
  • Keep account plans, health scores and activity current in HubSpot
  • Take on new smaller customers as they pass the AE's first 90 days

How success is measured: accounts flat or growing, QBR/EBR completion, company new-ARR goal (MBO-based plan, no commission).

Requirements
  • 3+ years in account management or customer success for B2B technology
  • Strong organizer who can run a recurring meeting cadence across several accounts
  • Clear communicator with operations and site-level customer teams
  •  Experience in energy, utilities or industrial markets preferred
Why join Percepto
  • Shape the voice of a Physical AI company as it builds its future in the US.
  • Work on technology that keeps critical energy infrastructure safer and more reliable, and takes people out of harm's way.
  • Tell the story of a platform with real proof behind it: a nationwide FAA BVLOS waiver and Fortune 500 customers.
  • High ownership and visibility, working directly with the CMO and executive team.
  • Benefits: medical/dental/vision with company premium allowance, Health Reimbursement & Savings Accounts, 401(K) Plan
  • Paid Time Off
  • Great team and supportive environment
  • Career growth and opportunity

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
