We are looking for an Account Manager to focus on driving new business in the US and/or Canada, identifying and closing new deals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities in the US and/or Canada through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
  • Manages existing customers accounts.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential account; building report, providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
  • Handles customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, technical inquiries, identifying the needs and qualified the projects.
  • Positively interacts and collaborates with Customers, Acronis partners
  • Build relationships with customers and partners based on knowledge of our technology, products and services
  • To collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Work closely with distributor, Acronis Sales manager and Sales Engineers to ensure sales closure
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Present, promote, and sell products to prospective and existing customers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the Salesforce system. ​

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience
  • Ability to articulate product’s different features, and answers any questions customers might have
  • Strong closing sales skills
  • Knowledge on Salesforce is preferred
  • Able to make up 30 and above calls each day
  • Punctual, reliable and strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, upbeat, organized and highly persistent in follow-ups, a results-driven approach.
  • Flexible, team player, open to changes in responsibilities and strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong consideration for Tempe/Phoenix-based candidates
  • Willing to travel on occasion

The US pay range for this position is $78,000–$116,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum total target annual compensation for this role across all U.S. locations. The actual compensation offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.

In addition to competitive compensation, this role includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts (FSA), disability and life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and a generous vacation policy.
