Job Brief:

As part of our Account Management team, you will have full commercial strategy and sales ownership of a significant portfolio of existing customers. You will be the commercial point of contact for your assigned customers, develop mutual account plans, increase penetration across our platform of solutions, expand our senior stakeholder network within the organization, and ultimately drive increased revenue.

This role will work closely with Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams to deliver on an aligned account strategy and establish a foundation to develop new opportunities for revenue. The role is also a critical enabler to ensure the mitigation of competitive threats and to continue the evolution of the PriceSpider platform value proposition in line with clients desired outcomes and industry trends. Several years of sales and account management experience is required as the role demands the ability to navigate complex, global customer environments while identifying, validating, and negotiating commercial agreements driving profitable growth and net retention..

Essential Function & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand services within assigned customer territories.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across complex, global customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to align on retention strategies and account expansion initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end commercial sales process for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct whitespace analysis to identify growth opportunities and prospects within existing accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS solution-based sales, meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Enterprise customer sales experience preferred.
  • Revenue-focused with strong execution skills.
  • Proven track record in generating leads and setting sales strategies.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and negotiate complex deal structures.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and other sales tools preferred.

Location:
This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States.

Compensation:
The salary for this role is $75,000-85,000 with commission as part of the compensation structure. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
