Job Description:

Read this part first

This is a role for someone who wants to own client success and directly drive retention and revenue. We are looking for an Account Manager to manage a premier book of business and enterprise accounts across the Prodege portfolio, with a focus on non-gaming apps (categories including fintech, e-commerce, consumer brands, and lifestyle apps). This is a highly collaborative, hands-on relationship management role. You lead by delivering exceptional service, optimizing advertising spend, and executing complex performance marketing strategies, not by managing from a distance.

If you prefer transactional client relationships, this is not the role for you. But if you are a strategic partner who owns client success end-to-end, from onboarding and technical campaign activation through performance analysis, troubleshooting, contract renewal, and account growth, keep reading.

You will manage and grow major client accounts within a global business serving over 120 million registered users. Supported by a robust data foundation and our recent Blackstone investment, you will have the platform and resources needed to deliver actionable consumer insights and exceptional advertising return on investment. If you enjoy solving client challenges, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving measurable outcomes for fintech, e-commerce, consumer brand, lifestyle, and other non-gaming businesses, this role is for you.

Prodege

A cutting-edge marketing and consumer insights platform, Prodege has charted a course of innovation in the evolving technology landscape by helping leading brands, marketers, agencies, and app advertisers uncover the answers to their business questions, acquire new customers, increase revenue, and drive loyalty and product adoption. Bolstered by a major investment by Blackstone, Prodege looks forward to more growth and innovation to empower our partners to gather meaningful, rich insights and better market to their target audiences.

What you will own
  • The health, satisfaction, and retention of a strategic book of enterprise client accounts, with emphasis on fintech and other non-gaming partners across e-commerce, consumer brands, and lifestyle app verticals

  • End-to-end campaign management from inception and technical setup to live execution, reporting, and renewal

  • Revenue growth targets within your assigned portfolio through strategic account expansion and contract renewals

  • Strategic client relationships, serving as the central advisor and advocate for their user acquisition, engagement, and consumer insight objectives

  • Cross-functional communication and alignment to ensure all contractual obligations are executed flawlessly

What makes this role exciting
  • You will directly influence client retention and revenue growth for leading fintech apps, as well as e-commerce, consumer brand, lifestyle, and other non-gaming clients

  • You will manage enterprise-level accounts with complex user acquisition, engagement, and performance goals

  • You will own the client relationship end-to-end, from operational delivery to long-term strategic planning

  • You will leverage a sophisticated data-driven platform to provide high-impact optimization recommendations to your clients

  • You will join an organization with strong business momentum during an exciting phase of growth and global scale

What you will do
  •  Act as the primary day-to-day strategic contact for enterprise clients, ensuring rapid responsiveness and world-class service

  • Design, launch, and monitor multi-stage marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client specifications

  • Analyze campaign performance data to proactively identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and recommend strategic optimizations

  • Partner closely with internal teams, including sales, product, operations, and analytics, to resolve client issues and enhance platform offerings

  • Gather and synthesize marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence across fintech and other non-gaming sectors including e-commerce, consumer brands, and lifestyle apps to help guide internal product development

  • Support clients in achieving goals related to user acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value

  • Travel up to 50 percent as needed to deliver in-person client service, conduct sales meetings, and represent the company at industry events

What you will bring
  • Three or more years of account management experience within an interactive agency, performance marketing, mobile app marketing, or advertising technology environment

  • Proven track record of successfully retaining, renewing, and growing existing client portfolios

  • Experience supporting fintech, e-commerce, consumer brands, lifestyle apps, subscription, marketplace, utility, or other non-gaming advertisers is strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated experience executing complex performance marketing strategies and managing detailed campaign timelines

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong analytical ability to translate complex campaign data into clear, actionable performance optimizations

  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively across a remote, global workforce

Bonus points
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree

  • Experience using Jira, Sigma, Netsuite, or TUNE

  • Familiarity with mobile measurement, attribution, and app performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, and LTV

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
