Trust20 is a digital food safety training and certification start-up. Today, our products include a Certified Food Protection Manager Exam, Food Manager Certificate Training, Food Handler Certificate Training, and Food Allergy Certificate Training. These products are for individual purchases, as well as group purchases for foodservice establishments and enterprise customers.

Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering long-term relationships with them. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will serve as a bridge between our Sales Team and Customer Success Team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and needs
- Prepare detailed reports on account/team member status
- Manually set up accounts for new clients
- Perform platform demos via Zoom to new team admins during onboarding process
- Provide continued support to team and customers
- Maintain a spreadsheet with contact, status, billing, notes, etc.
- Transfer monthly invoice data into spreadsheet for GFS Accounts Payable
Additional potential duties:
- Potential for customer communication, follow-ups, light troubleshooting/investigation
- Escalate technical issues and needs to CS and product teams
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products
