About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Account Manager to grow Legora’s relationships with the world’s largest accounting and consulting networks in the US.

You’ll turn successful deployments into broader adoption across member firms, territories and service lines. These networks are complex, with independent firms making their own buying decisions, so you’ll need experience growing accounts across large, decentralized organizations.

You’ll own account strategy, senior relationships, renewals, expansion and pricing, working closely with our engagement, legal engineering and regional sales teams.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the commercial relationship and growth for a focused portfolio of global professional services networks. Specifically, you will:

  • Build each account’s plan: how the network really makes decisions, where power and budget sit across global, member-firm and service-line leadership, and which firms, practices and use cases come next.

  • Own renewals and expansion from forecast to signature, protecting existing footprints while growing wallet share, including moves to credit-based and consumption pricing.

  • Translate global framework terms into member-firm proposals and order forms, treating every local discount as a global precedent.

  • Act as a senior commercial partner to innovation and technology leaders, service-line heads, managing partners and procurement, and run executive business reviews that give sponsors a story to carry internally.

  • Work with our engagement and legal engineering teams to turn adoption and results in one practice into evidence the next firm or service line will recognise.

  • Orchestrate regional sellers, engagement managers, legal and tax engineers, deal desk, legal, security and product, keeping end-to-end context across every region and workstream.

  • Help lead Legora’s push into US tax practices, and support sell-with motions where firms take Legora to their own clients.

  • Keep CRM, forecast and account health accurate, and feed what works back into our strategic accounts playbook.

What You Bring

You understand how partnership-model firms really make decisions, and you have the commercial depth to turn that understanding into growth. You’re proactive, structured and credible with senior partners and procurement alike.

  • 8+ years in enterprise account management or strategic sales, owning renewals and expansion across a focused portfolio of large, global accounts.

  • An understanding of how partnership-model firms make decisions, with the commercial judgment to translate global agreements into local adoption and account growth.

  • A track record of growing complex, highly matrixed accounts, aligning a large internal team around a clear commercial plan and maintaining ownership of the relationship’s commercial outcomes.

  • Experience navigating complex commercial agreements, including pricing, global framework agreements, procurement-led negotiations and renewals.

  • Credibility with senior stakeholders, from politically sensitive conversations with senior partners to detailed discussions with procurement and IT.

  • A structured, proactive approach, with disciplined account planning, reliable forecasting, clear written communication and the ability to act amid ambiguity in a fast-scaling company.

  • Curiosity about AI and how it is changing professional services.

Experience that would be a plus

  • Experience both within a large accounting, tax or consulting firm and on the enterprise software vendor side. A CPA or JD is welcome.

  • Existing relationships with tax or legal leaders at large US professional services firms.

  • Experience selling legal, tax, audit or research technology into professional services firms.

  • Experience with alliance or sell-with programmes, or consumption-based pricing.

What's In It For You
  • Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America.

  • Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.

  • Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.

  • In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily.

  • Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package:

    • 401(K) with generous company match

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
