THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing the entire account-service process, marketing clients to various carriers, responding to client inquiries regarding coverage and eligibility, ensuring the accuracy of policies, endorsements, EOIs, and audits, and maintaining organized and accurate account files.

High School Diploma / GED; College degree strongly preferred

3-5 years of experience in an insurance Account Management role or Client Service Associate role (brokerage experience required) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

You have demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.

Computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and AMS (Epic preferred).

Willing to complete continuing education requirements, as needed.

Must have, or be willing to obtain, required insurance license

MUST be willing to work a hybrid schedule onsite at the HUB Encino office at least 2 days per week.
*The expected salary range for this position is $66,560 - $85,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
