Job Description

Part of the Global Partnerships capability, the Partner Account Management (PAM) team is dedicated to onboarding and supporting Google Marketing Platform (GMP) clients. With a focus on technology licensing, platform implementation, and renewals, the PAM team is the primary contact for GMP clients, providing the strategic and technical support needed to ensure the platform drives performance against their goals. Reporting to our VP of Partnership Account Management, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting Google Marketing Platform (GMP) clients. You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring successful technology licensing, platform implementation, and renewals.

You will collaborate with our teams and external partners to provide strategic guidance and technical support to accomplish goals.

The salary range for this position is between $55,000 — 75,000 USD, annually. We are open to candidates in New York, Baltimore, Los Angeles, and Chicago.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary account lead for a portfolio of GMP clients, managing
  • relationships and ensuring platform adoption.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, and best practices for maximizing GMP capabilities.
  • Collaborate with teams, including Sales, Technical Support, and
  • Product, to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Educate clients on new features, tools, and strategies to enhance their digital marketing performance.
  • Monitor account performance, troubleshoot issues, and address client needs.
  • Support renewal and expansion efforts by identifying growth opportunities and ensure continued client engagement.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Qualifications

  • 2+ experience building trust and relationships with partners.
  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple accounts and coordinate with company partners.
  • Understanding of ad tech, analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting solutions.
