Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and own detailed project plans, timelines, and scopes across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Paid Media, Creative, Email & SMS, SEO/GEO, and other service teams to ensure work is properly sequenced, resourced, and delivered on time.
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings, internal status reviews, and post-mortems to drive accountability, clarity of ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Manage project workflows, task dependencies, and documentation within project management tools to ensure visibility, accuracy, and consistency.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; escalate appropriately and partner with leadership to resolve blockers efficiently.
- Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards, brand guidelines, and project requirements prior to launch.
- Track and report on project performance, including timelines, scope adherence, and resource utilization (future state).
- Support the standardization of delivery processes, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability across accounts and agency operating models.
- Manage 10-15 accounts or oversee $125,000 - $200,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Growing understanding of client needs and the ability to handle more complex interactions.
- Strong communication skills, especially with mid-level stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts or projects independently.
- Strong organizational skills to manage workflows and ensure timely task completion.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Deliver 95%+ of projects and milestones on or before agreed timelines.
- Maintain 98%+ adherence to approved project scope.
- Ensure 98%+ of deliverables pass internal quality review prior to launch.
- Maintain 100% accurate and up-to-date project plans and documentation.
- Contribute at least one adopted process or workflow improvement per quarter.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to travel occasionally to meet clients if required.
