The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic partners, enhancing their performance, and ensuring high-quality collaborations.
As part of the development of our activity and the strengthening of our partner network, we are looking for an Account Manager-Market. You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of strategic partners, with the objective of optimizing their performance on the platform while building long-term, high-quality, and mutually profitable relationships.
Main Mission
Ensure the management, monitoring, and development of a partner portfolio in order to maximize their performance on the platform and guarantee a sustainable, high-quality, and profitable collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with portfolio partners.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance.
- Design and implement action plans to improve overall performance.
- Ensure proper execution of commercial activations and promotions negotiated with partners.
- Support and train partners.
- Handle partner complaints and resolve disputes in coordination with internal teams.
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing partners.
- Produce regular performance reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, Retail, sales, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, management, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong results-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
