THE OPPORTUNITY:

HUB’s Customer Service professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management, claims management, day-to-day client oversight, and underwriting services that make us a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customer’s needs and provide them with innovative solutions.

Our Account Manager II ensures clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. Facilitates positive and effective relationships with clients and insurance carrier staff. Acts as the point-of-contact for larger, more complex property accounts.

  • Manage the entire account-service process

  • Market to carriers 

  • Prepare quotes and proposals

  • Prepares/presents proposals to clients

  • Participates in client meetings/presentations with Producer(s)

  • Oversees the processing of enrollments/changes/terms

  • Maintains renewal controls on expirations and binders

  • Responds to/resolves escalated client issues

  • Check policies/endorsement/audits for accuracy

  • Coordinates premium financing and the collection of premiums

  • Maintains accurate and organized account files

Salary: The expected salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, education and licensing certifications, geographic location, approved salary budget as well as the specific position’s business line, complexity, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which includes health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, eligible bonuses and commissions for full-time positions (30 hours or more).

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

You are perfect for this opportunity if you

  • Hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)

  • Have at least 5+ years of related commercial lines insurance experience

  • Managing the risks for construction clients

  • Are currently licensed in good standing

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization

  • Demonstrated presentation skills

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills

  • Have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization

  • Are computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
