We’re seeking an Account Manager, Group Sales who will play a key role in driving B2B lead generation, nurturing high-value relationships, and growing corporate sales channels. Backcountry Group Sales is a fast-growing program designed to expand our reach into the business community, connecting organizations with premium outdoor gear and lifestyle products. We work with companies and groups across diverse industries—including corporate, healthcare, education, military, and athletics—to deliver custom purchasing solutions and branded experiences. This role is challenging – above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have a big role within a fast-paced team. This position will report into the Manager, Group Sales.
What you get to do every day:
- Prospect, generate, and qualify new B2B leads through outbound outreach (email, phone, social, networking, and events).
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential group, corporate, and institutional customers.
- Drive prospects through the full sales cycle—from discovery and needs assessment to negotiation and close.
- Partner with marketing to build targeted outreach campaigns and nurture sequences that attract new business clients.
- Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and optimize the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to align product offerings and inventory availability with customer demand.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly B2B revenue and lead-generation goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining long-term, repeat business relationships.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, outreach strategies, and B2B sales programs.

- Base $20.50/hour + Commission
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (Mountain Time)
