We are seeking a remote Account Manager based in the U.S. East Coast or willing to work East Coast hours to support our growing client base in the region. In this role, you'll be the primary contact for a portfolio of East Coast clients-providing strategic support, relationship management, and platform expertise. You'll manage a defined territory with a revenue quota focused on growth and retention. The position requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role reports to a senior leader on the Client team, with the final structure dependent on experience and organizational alignment.

Your Responsibilities:
- Build effective, professional working relationships with our clients by providing them guidance and recommendations when appropriate.
- Managing bids on new and existing projects
- Assess project feasibility and offer cost solutions, acting as a partner and consultant during the bid and project launch.
- Find creative solutions to solve customer concerns, as they arise in a timely manner.
- Proactively support existing account relationships to provide best in industry client experience.
- Partner with Client Development to onboard new clients and platform users.
- Perform demos of the platform and team training, for superior user experience.
- Deliver expected revenue and overall account growth goals, and report on key performance metrics.
- Liaison between the external client, services, product, marketing, and finance with regards to addressing client needs
- Research and find resolutions for customer escalations within service level.
- Develops and analyzes reports that track emerging opportunities, provides coaching and recommendations for improvement.
- Works with internal teams to identify best practices and procedures
- Projects to be assigned ad hoc
- Combine critical thinking and analysis with software resources to efficiently execute responsibilities.
- Collaborate with other Account Managers, Account Directors, Client Development personnel, Operations and Marketing on various corporate initiatives.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 3+ years of account management experience specifically at a Market Research Supplier
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/professional experience required
- Ability to support East Coast business hours
- Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong follow-through skills
- Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills
- Solid judgment and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of project management tools and concepts
- Strong analytical aptitude, results-oriented mindset with great attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Word & Excel and familiarity with CRM based solutions (i.e, Pipedrive, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
