Role Summary

The Enterprise Account Manager Assistant supports CardTapp's Account Management team, ensuring a smooth customer experience for Enterprise clients. Responsibilities include scheduling and preparing for ABRs and QBRs, assisting with renewals, managing the "cash-to-quote" process, and facilitating coordination among customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized individual looking to grow into a larger Account Management position.

Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

  • Support Enterprise Accounts and coordinate with customers and stakeholders to ensure timely responses and smooth interactions.
  • Schedule and coordinate Annual Business Reviews (ABRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Enterprise customers.
  • Assist with preparing renewal agreements and supporting documentation in collaboration with Operations and Accounting.
  • Oversee and distribute Docusign agreements as an integral part of the contract renewal process. Prior experience with Docusign is advantageous.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage expedited cash-to-quote processes and ensure timely execution.
  • Track account details including licenses, usage, contract terms, and renewal timelines in Zoho CRM and other systems.
  • Ensure account records and pipelines are accurate, updated, and aligned with process workflows and rules of engagement.
  • Provide reporting on account and customer status as needed.
  • Answer customer questions or route them appropriately to the right teams.
  • Monitor and respond to support requests in Zendesk or other channels, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate assistance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Accounting) to enhance the overall Enterprise customer experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation
$25-37/hour (depending on experience)
Growth Opportunity: Role may expand into a more complete and full-time Enterprise Account Manager position in 2026.
