THE OPPORTUNITY:   

Our service professionals play a vital role in supporting our clients with day-to-day account management, claims management, and underwriting services that ensure they have what they need to protect what matters most. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customer’s needs and provide them with innovative insurance solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager who is able to manage the servicing of commercial accounts. This role works collaboratively with the service team to maintain client relationships, support client retention, maintain strong carrier relationships and to understanding client needs. Serves as day-to-day contact and provides resolution for client questions and issues.

  • Manages the entire account service process

  • Markets to carriers and negotiates rates and terms

  • Prepares quotes and proposals

  • Reviews policies, processes endorsements/certificates/MVRs/Loss Runs/ID cards

  • Binds policies

  • Assists with audits, as necessary

  • Coordinates premium financing, as necessary

  • Collaborates/ assists the Producer with client meetings, strategy sessions

  • May oversee and direct more junior-level team members

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE.

  • 3+ years of related commercial insurance experience within a brokerage environment

  • HS diploma or GED

  • Holds an insurance license in good standing

  • Effectively interacts with all levels within the organization

  • Computer proficient with MSOS, Outlook, agency management systems (Epic preferred)

  • Required “soft skills”: efficient time management, organization, customer service, high initiative, team-oriented and high attention to detail

  • MUST be fluent in Korean

*This role is hybrid (4 days/week in the Garden Grove office and 1 day/week working from home).

  *The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000/year and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
