The Account Manager will manage the sales cycle, identify leads, maintain customer relationships, and execute outbound sales campaigns to enhance business opportunities.
The Account Manager is to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
You’ll help generate new business opportunities by identifying leads and converting them into qualified leads and opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
Responsibilities- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
- Contribute to growing partnerships
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction
- Able to cultivate your own account list or lead the prospect into a provided list.(cold calling, social networking, and strategic email campaigning)
- Execute outbound sales campaigns (phone, email, etc.) to target accounts using the company’s current software providers (Salesforce, Seamless.AI, and other resources)
- Diligently update Salesforce and Outreach to stay current on leads and follow-up activities
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales Teams to implement targeted sales and marketing efforts and campaigns.
- Qualify lead and schedules introductory meetings with prospects and Business Development Manager or Sales Engineer.
- Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
- Use client feedback to improve customer experience
- Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements
- Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in SaaS/Cloud Computing Sales
- Understanding of the entire suite of Google Cloud products. (Preferred)
- Experience reaching and exceeding goals
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Oustanding knowledge of Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
- Experience with Outreach a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Team management skills
