Job Description: Account Manager
Location: Irvine, CA Onsite
Role: FT
PositionOverview:
An Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction, managing relationships, and driving business growth. This role involves overseeing client accounts, identifying their needs, and aligning those needs with the company’s offerings to build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management

    • Act as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients.
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
    • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their business objectives and needs.

Account Oversight

    • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor account performance, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
    • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.

Business Development

    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients.
    • Develop and present proposals tailored to client needs.

Collaboration and Coordination

    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to ensure client needs are met.
    • Communicate client feedback to the team for continuous improvement.

Reporting and Analysis

    • Prepare regular account status reports for clients and management.
    • Analyze account trends and provide insights for strategy adjustments.
    • Monitor financial aspects of accounts, including budgets and invoicing.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or similar role.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
