Job Title: Account Manager, Agency
Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000

Adswerve is looking for an Account Manager, Agency to join the Account Management team! As an Account Manager, you will work in the Account Management Department as an assigned liaison to our Agency accounts. You will be responsible for the growth and retention of media investment and services revenue for your portfolio of accounts by a set percentage every year. Account Managers proactively supervise a portfolio of clients to provide strategic mentorship on how to best use the Google Marketing Platform as well as our consultative and managed services to achieve the desired campaign, business, and/or project objectives. This role works internally with cross-product teams to facilitate sensible relationships that enable our clients to thrive within all Adswerve services.
Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and proactively grow relationships with key agency partners
- Act as the key day-to-day contact with agency clients, handling any requests or inquiries as they come in.
- Manages tasks as they pertain to their portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive their deliverables, updated comms and monitors support cases to relay trainings, blogs, etc. to better support the clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams on any open managed service or consulting opportunities, support cases, and technical service projects for their portfolio of accounts.
- Anticipate client needs and potential issues for their portfolio of accounts, and report them to the manager within the team.
- Regularly pulls reports from the Google Marketing Platforms to inform, analyze and advise portfolio of accounts on areas of opportunities to drive better marketing outcomes.
- Monitors portfolio of accounts as it pertains to forecasted revenues with actualized revenues within the various media platforms.
- Understands the main USPs and value of the media platforms and how they operate, showcasing a level of expertise needed to manage their portfolio of accounts properly.
- Understands Adswerve's full offering across media platforms and services, and can easily reference recommended offerings to agency clients as opportunities arise
- Assists with Adswerve partner relationships as they correspond to a dedicated book of business
- Works with finance to negotiate rates for new services and media platform opportunities.
- Regularly conducts business reviews with key agency accounts within their portfolio, reviewing partnership, insights, potential opportunities and recommendations, etc.
- Document key client communications, opportunities, and activities within Salesforce
- 3+ years of previous media and client services/account management experience, advertising/media agency experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, advertising or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with programmatic digital media buying via DSP solutions, Paid Search platforms (Google Ads, Search Ads 360, etc), Campaign Trafficking (CM360) and/or Social Media & Amazon platform expertise
- Ability to foster and build strong relationships with clients. Takes a proactive approach to client relationships.
- Excellent time management and organization skills. Can manage multiple clients and projects at one time and provide deliverables by expected deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive “can-do” approach.
- Strategic and creative thinking – always focusing on innovative, but measurable client solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
This position pays a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
