The Associate sits within the Account Management team, directly supporting Account Directors, Managers, and their clients across a broad portfolio of renewable energy project developers and buyers, including major names in the AI and data center industry.

This is a high-exposure role for someone who wants to build deep expertise in renewable energy markets, PPAs, and enterprise account strategy. You’ll work alongside experienced Account Managers and Directors, manage internal processes and client-facing work streams, and drive low-touch engagement across a range of accounts while providing higher-touch support for select strategic clients. You’ll work cross functionally with Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Transactions with room to shape processes and lead new initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Account Management Support for Strategic Accounts
    • Provide administrative and tactical support to Account Directors for a select group of strategic accounts
    • Develop professional client-facing materials, track follow-up actions, and analyze engagement trends; participate in client calls to support the account team as required
  • Platform Engagement & Outreach 
    • Drive outreach and engagement efforts for all non-subscribers, including coordinating RFP outreach campaigns in partnership with account managers and transaction leads
    • Track and manage non-subscriber engagement activities, responses, and follow-up actions. Monitor and report on engagement metrics internally
    • Support the team’s KPIs, as well as other leading & lagging indicators of customer engagement 
  • Client Presentations & External Communications
    • Build polished, data-driven presentations and reports for account managers to share with clients
    • Translate platform usage data and market trends into clear, compelling narratives
  • Platform Usage & Data Analysis + Data Management
    • Analyze platform usage patterns across subscribers and non-subscribers on the LevelTen platform to surface insights that support account management strategy
    • Prepare usage reports and dashboards to help account managers understand engagement trends and help identify upsell or risk signals
    • Collaborate with internal analytics and product teams to develop custom engagement dashboards and reports
    • Identify and flag data gaps or inconsistencies and recommend improvements to data hygiene processes in partnership with Sales Ops
  • Market Research
    • Conduct research on energy market trends, customer announcements, and competitive landscape to support account strategy
    • Summarize findings in digestible formats for internal and client-facing use
  • Administrative & Operational Support
    • Assist with scheduling, meeting prep, follow-up tracking, and other internal coordination tasks
    • Help manage and organize shared team resources, playbooks, and documentation
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an analyst, operations, or account support role (ideally within energy, SaaS or a B2B environment)
  • Familiarity with or strong interest in renewable energy markets, PPAs, or clean energy industry preferred
  • Excellent writing, presentation and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, self-motivated to work independently with limited supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of internal groups
  • Experience in project management and account management
  • Computer skills including, Salesforce, Excel, Tableau and other professional software
  • Ability to travel 10%

Additional Information
  • This position is based out of our office in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, WA (hybrid work schedule). 
  • The estimated compensation for this position is $80,000-90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.
