About the role:
As an Account Executive at Podscribe, you will be responsible for engaging with leads, conducting product demos, handling outbound outreach, and working to close customers for our solutions. Your role will also involve helping craft tailored solutions for customers, setting up accounts, and addressing technical questions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to contribute to the early growth of a startup and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to low to mid-level inbound leads.

  • Conduct regular product demos, showcasing Podscribe's features and benefits.

  • Assist with outbound lead generation efforts to drive new business.

  • Work closely with customers to craft custom solutions, handle account setup, and resolve high-level technical questions.

  • Leverage your technical understanding to explain complex features and guide prospects through data-centric aspects of the product.

  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to optimize customer interactions.

  • Close new customers
