About Archy

Smile! Those teeth you are showing deserve the best care you can give them, yet the status quo of the software your dentist uses today is outdated.

Archy is a Series C vertical SaaS solution revolutionizing the dental practice management space — giving dental providers AI agents and software that lets them do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business.

Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as an Account Executive and be at the forefront of driving Archy’s growth! You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base through proactive outreach and lead management, while shaping the future of dental software sales. If you’re passionate about closing deals, overcoming challenges, and making an impact in a fast-paced, innovative company, this is the opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our team and help drive Archy’s growth by generating revenue through proactive outbound efforts and managing inbound leads. In this role, you will identify and engage potential clients, guide them through the sales process, and ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to deal closure. You’ll also collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategies, share industry insights, and manage deal stages using HubSpot CRM.

  • Lead Generation & Outbound Outreach: Drive revenue by identifying and reaching out to dental practices, while also managing inbound leads to grow Archy’s client base.

  • Overcoming Objections: Understand clients' challenges and objections, and provide customized solutions that lead to successful deal closures.

  • Pipeline Management: Keep the sales pipeline up to date by actively managing deal stages in HubSpot CRM.

  • AI-Driven Execution: Use AI tools to move faster—improving prospecting quality, refining messaging, and increasing productivity across the sales cycle.

  • Sales Process Improvement: Work closely with sales management to share feedback, industry trends, and best practices that will enhance our overall sales approach.

  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Archy’s software features and benefits to deliver accurate and valuable insights to prospective clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software sales or SaaS, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.

  • Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and lead-generation techniques.

  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.‍

  • Leverages AI tools and automation in everyday work to move faster, improve outcomes, and continuously raise the bar on how we operate.

  • This role may require occasional travel for team events, customer visits, and industry conferences.

What We Offer:

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family, plus Spring Health and One Medical access.

  • Competitive Compensation: Base pay and equity, 401(k) with company match, and performance-based incentives (bonus or commission eligibility by role).

  • Flexibility & Remote Support: Full remote-friendly culture, home office stipend, and flexible time off to rest and recharge (policies vary by role).

  • Team Connection: Annual all-company offsites to collaborate and connect in person.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
