Position Summary

  • Assesses specific client needs and identifies opportunities for business growth, subsequently developing tailored solutions to present to clients.
  • Manages client accounts by establishing mutually beneficial relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction while also maximizing account revenue and profitability.
  • Establishes and implements strategic plans to consistently achieve sales targets, expanding market share and driving business growth.
  • Forecasts sales and revenues projections, tracks performance against goals, and implements corrective actions to optimize sales outcomes.
  • Develops and executes marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and drive customer engagement.
  • Delivers effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefit of the organization's offerings, influencing clients' decision making and enhancing loyalty.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, resolve customer issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provides coaching and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team performance.
  • Gathers market intelligence, analyzes competitor activities, and identifies opportunities to stay ahead in the market.

Required Qualifications

5-7 years related work experience ideally within Account Management
Preferred Qualifications
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification/equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,400.00 - $151,898.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
